Trademark Usage Policy
The Voxit® European Union trade mark is owned by the non-profit organisation COSS – the Finnish Centre for Open Systems and Solutions, officially registered as Suomen avoimien tietojärjestelmien keskus – COSS ry.
The Voxit mark may only be used in connection with open-source civic technology and participatory democracy and explicitly not in the field of (statutory) regulation, standards and procedural monitoring regarding quality, environmental protection, soil management, spatial planning, building and housing supervision, health and safety.
